Dedicatedhub seems to have more options for managed stuff and custom configs than Hetzner, in my experience. Price-wise, Hetzner can be cheaper upfront but Dedicatedhub's support feels more hands-on if you pay for it.

Mine was ready in a few hours, like 3 or 4 maybe? It was a standard config though. If you customize it a lot, it might take a bit longer but usually pretty fast.
